About the Book:

Chelsea had the perfect life. She was popular, hot, and envied, but then her mother, the woman she so often took for granted, whose smiles she didn’t always return, and whose voice she so often drowned out through blaring stereos, dies, and her whole world – her whole silly notion of perfection, is buried with her. Now consumed with sorrow, and grief, Chelsea finds her belief in God, her desire for college, all her dreams, and passions sucked out of her. Her father, who cares more for his appearance than his daughter, sends her to a psychologist who suggests group therapy. It is there she meets the dark, and cocky Storm who is also motherless, and whom she finds herself attracted to. It is through this trial that Chelsea will come to realize God sends his angels when we least expect it, and most of the time these “angels” do not bear wings, nor are they always really angels.
