About the Book:

This story is a contemporary fable. The moral of the story is: You cannot fight death. Very recently, a girl that I went to high-school with passed away. For a long while, she battled with Cystic Fibrosis and suffered through a great deal of pain. I intend to enter this contemporary fable into a contest as a way to honor the girl and her family. I know that this story has a long way to go. It is a first draft and underdeveloped. I'd like to work on it as much as possible before June 19th (the deadline for the contest). I thank you all for your help. I hope that our effort will go a long way.

About the Author:

Michael lives with his family (mother, father, four siblings, and two dogs) on Long Island. They (along with his closest friends) are the world to him.
