Thanks everyone for your continued interest. I've added a new chapter (five) and added some intriguing new material to the second half of chapter 4 (68%) that sets up a nice bit o' business in the new chapter. Thank you all for your help. I find the longer I sit with the book, the more of your critiques I incorporate into the MS (Tom, the chicken pox are gone!). So, thanks again. Did I say "thanks?" 6.2.12: Fixed a couple important continuity issues brought about by the latest chapter and did some general cleaning up and improving the tension in the latest chapter.
