About the Book:

Charlotte has worked hard to keep a low profile since she escaped her terrifying maker almost 200 years ago. None of the humans in her life know her for the vampire she is and that is just fine with her. Preying on animals and an occasional scumbag, Charlotte has painstakingly constructed a nice, quiet existence for herself. Suburban bliss is threatened, however, when Charlotte stumbles across a bloody mess left behind by something that couldn't possibly be human. She's almost positive it has something to do with the irritatingly attractive cop whose path she keeps crossing. The one who's neither vampire nor human. In order to protect the quiet, simple life she's built, Charlotte will have to risk letting someone in who might destroy it.

About the Author:

Grew up in Chicagoland and have lived abroad in Russia and South Korea. I love (in no particular order) traveling and cats, good wine and great food.
